Founder & CEO
Mr. Azaz Ahmed has over a decade of experience in Human Resources and Talent Management, with a strong impact in the field.
He possesses a broad skill set encompassing various HR disciplines, such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Training and Development, Organizational Development, and more. He has experience working in industries like Telecommunications, FMCG, RMG, Engineering Firms and so on.
He is currently pursuing his Executive MBA from IBA, University of Dhaka. He is also an MBA in Human Resources Management from University of Dhaka. He completed his Bachelors in HRM & International Business from North South University.

Spriha Prottoi is a dynamic and accomplished Business Development Professional with a remarkable career marked by her innate talent and dedication. Her journey through the realm of business development has seen her excel in various capacities, cementing her status as a true industry trailblazer.
A notable chapter in Spriha’s career unfolds at Expo Group, Bangladesh, where she commenced her professional journey as a Management Graduate Trainee; later promoted as a Business Analyst. Her tenure at Expo Group represents a remarkable leap from academia to the corporate world, demonstrating her commitment to embracing new challenges and opportunities.
Her expertise spans multiple facets of business development, with key strengths in Business Development itself, Customer Relationship Management, Training, and Public Speaking.Â
Ms. Spriha Prottoi is an accomplished Business Development Professional known for her talent and dedication.
She began her career at Expo Group, Bangladesh, as a Management Graduate Trainee, and later became a Business Analyst, showcasing her commitment to embracing new challenges. Before entering Business Development, she worked as a faculty member at Scholastica School, which enhanced her education and communication skills.
Spriha holds a Master’s degree in English Literature from East West University, providing expertise in effective communication.
